I've done the best to figure the carb count.
I LOVE these! Don't remember where I got this but I have made some changes.

Makes 12 Large Muffins84 Calories1.4 gram fat14 carbs6.5 gram of fiber4.4 gram
protein 1 point WW2.1 net carbs1 1/2 cups flour - Carbquick 2/3 cup brown sugar
(I use Sugar Twin no carb/Splenda Brown Sugar has carbs)1 tsp baking soda1
teaspoon cinnamon - I use Pumpkin Pie spice and sometime use 2 tsp)1/4 tsp
salt1/4 egg subsitute1 1/2 cups fat free milk-I put 2 tbs of DaVinci SF French
Vanilla Syrup in the measureing cup BEFORE I add the milk.2 tablespoons vanilla
fat free yogurt1 small tub SF applesauce-50 calories
1 squirt of SF liquid sweetner (Can you tell I have a sweet tooth)3 cups bran
flakes - Publix Regular Bran Flakes1/3 cup raisins Heat oven to 400 FMix all dry
ingredients with exception of bran flakes and raisins.In a separate bowl, mix
wet ingredients.Combine the 2, add bran flakes and raisins. Bake in sprayed
muffin tins for 25-28 minutes... 24 minutes for meNOTE: muffins papers will NOT
work, not enough oil, and they stick BIG time...
