Sarah, I tried it this A.M. with mozzarella and it didn't work nearly
as well as it does with cheddar. I think the difference is in the
fat content. It squooshed up real tiny and was hard to peel of the
non stick pan. Much easier with cheddar. I will try another type of
cheese sometime soon.
