I pleased to share the following message from my kind facilitator
friend Kirron ....

Wow! Nyanasanti

Thats quite a list. And thanks a ton. This is completely up my
street. I mean compiling a list like this and sharing with people.
And I would certainly like to add a few to the most comprehensive
list I have ever seen.

Apart from practices, thru medium of books (and teh practcies that
they recommend) also many doorways to transformation have opened up
for me(in no particular order):

- For me Reiki would be at the top of the list - Yvette & James
Pancras yvette.pancras@... - they even attune on the phone in
some cases if appropriate.

- Loving What Is- Byron Katie www.thework.org - A beautiful and
simple way of living inthis precious moment and making friends with
reality. Introduced to us by a dear friend, Gyandev.

- 'Taming Your gremlin'- Rick Karson www.tamingyourgremlin.com -
Just started reading the book but I know I am on to something great
here.

- Integral Transformative Practice outlined in 'The life we are
given' - George Leonard and Michael Murphy. www.georgeleonard.com
Website might give some idea-

- The Peaceful warrior workout- outlined in Dan Millman's 'Everyday
Enlightenment' www.danmillman.com - combines aspects of
suryanamaskar and other aspects.. Also 'The life you were born to
live' - another book of his- plus 'Teh way of tyhe peaceful warrior'

- The work of the Hendricks - which is Whole Body Learning using
breath and movement www.hendricks.com . Their daily newsletter in
turn introduces one to a number of great resources for
transformation.

- Re-evaluative Co-counselling www.rc.org - is the website I
think, (not personally experienced- but Pramod, a dear friend who I
trust a lot shared)

- Tarot - which Prativa is a student and teacher of..
prativa.gulrajani@...

- The work that we do to develop facilitators, tao of facilitation-
www.eternalelearning.com , kirron@...

- Vipassana

- The Landmark Forum

- 'Who am I?' and other programs being done by friends who channel
kryon- RangaShaheen kryonindia@...

- Bach Flower Remedies

- Coaching www.mikejay.com and www.leadu.com

Warmly
Kirron
