This is a time to reconnect with whats truly important in our lives.
We'll discuss and experience how to live in a more harmonious joyful playful way and also achieve extraordinary results.
There will be short movies, games, interactive exercises and some wonderful short meditations.
The last time some young adults attended a similar session, one of them said, "It was the best class of my life!"
But of-course thats not guaranteed to happen again...then again, who knows , it just may! ; )
I don't want to say too much or we'll spoil the surprises!
So...those who wish to come can contact Poonam at 9822900859 or poonamkunwar@...
Contribution is Rs. 700 per heart...which includes yummy food. (we'll go from junk food to "munk" food in this joytreat
...you need to be there to understand what that means!!)
The venue is near Kalyani Nagar...details with Poonam, after you register. (Frankly I dont have the address right now!)
We have limited place so please hurry up and contact her immediately if you would like to attend!
Peace and blessings
Nithya Shanti
PS: Please do not force anyone to come for this SMS joyshop...or it will become a SMS cryshop!
PPS: It is highly recommended (but not demanded!) that the young adults who are keen to attend try the following exercise daily for 2 weeks.
FIVE MINUTE MIRACLE: THE ART OF MANIFESTATION
Before starting, choose a relationship or situation you would like to see improved/ changed/ created!
Step 1: Be at ease
- Sit with your eyes closed. Take a moment to relax. The easiest way to relax is to become aware of the sensations in your body. Notice how your body feels touching the chair or bed.
- Take a few deep breaths. You could do the 4-step breath-in and breath-out.
Step 2: Think and visualize of the BPO (best possible outcome)
- ï€ Now let yourself think about the relationship or situation that you would like to transform.
- Picture the person involved in this relationship in your mind's eye (or) Imagine a symbol to represent the situation (e.g. a dollar sign to represent financial issues). Surround the whole image with beautiful pink light which represents pure love.
- For relationships:
(1) Imagine the two of you interacting with one another in a way you would like.
(2) Imagine both of you saying or doing something positive.
(3) See the two of you smiling at one another.
- For situations: Imagine this situation being resolved in a positive way. You do not need to know how it will be resolved, simply imagine that a positive solution is on its way.
- Remember it does not matter if you can see an image. A thought is as powerful as an image.
Step 3: Feel a positive emotion – feel good
- Feel a positive emotion like joy as you watch this image. Feel joy.
- Come into "vibrational alignment" with your aspirations by feeling as though this has already happened.
- ï€ See yourself joyfully celebrating the transformation of this relationship/situation.
Step 4 : Verbalise
- Verbalise the outcome/ affirmation 6-7 times. End by saying "All I need is within me now!"
Step 5 : Release
- Let the image go and the feeling to subside
Remember to be persistent!
- Repeat the five minute miracle every day for two weeks. Two or three times a day will bring quicker results.
- If, throughout your day, you find yourself mentally rehearsing the conflict / this seemingly impossible situation, remind yourself that the power of love is taking care of this and imagine how you will feel when the positive solution arrives.
- Record your experiences with this exercise in your journal.
- You will get positive results, but you may need to continue to use the power of love if you want the changes to become permanent.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The most valuable skill or talent that you could EVER develop is
that of directing your thoughts toward what you want—to be adept at quickly
evaluating all situations and then quickly coming to the conclusion of
what you most want—and then giving your UNDIVIDED ATTENTION to that. There
is a tremendous skill in deliberately directing your own thoughts that
will yield results that cannot be compared with results that mere action
can provide.
