RC there is no magic wand or quick fix. We all have issues, and
problems, are's are more complicated because of the Drag-on.
Remember that ol saying; If it sounds to good, then it isnt.

RC I wont pretend to understand what your battling with, I may not
have a chemical dependency, but you bet that I have my own "garbage"
to deal with, so my best advise is to take it one day at a time, and
for some, one minute at a time...
