I had an Ilizarov for a year and half, from June 2004 until Dec 2005.

Currently,I am doing a masters in Health Psychology and was wondering if anyone

would be up for sharing their experiences with me for a research project that

will start around May. It would all be anonymous etc and I can provide further

details soon, just

wondering at the moment if people would be interested :)



It will involve filling out an online questionnaires (this can be dictated over

the telephone if necessary) and follow-up interviews, although this would be

optional.



My reason for doing the research is to see whether Ilizarov wearers need more

psychological support. I'm hoping that my findings can be used to suggest an

intervention of some sort to make sure those who need fixators receive all the
