Santa Monica, CA - Thirty two years ago we started a company with the sole
vision of assisting our clients in improving their standard of living through
innovative savings programs unlike anything ever envisioned before. The economy
at that time was much like the economy we face today. I am deeply disturbed
at seeing the vast economic struggles and hopelessness faced by the majority
of our citizens. The simple fact is that we are facing financial hardship unlike
anything most people have ever witnessed. To this end, last week I authorized
the donation on 68,000 sampler programs to 215 non profit organizations to
be distributed to those in most desparate of situations. I have also issued
an executive order to immediately slash all of our prices across the board
by 45% (this also includes our current specials and bonuses). This discount

As a company that has been at the leading edge of assisting consumers since
1977, I feel that we have an obligation to go a step further in these drastic
times we live. This price cut has been authorized through Sunday evening
