this is a message from Andrea :

Please take some time today to remember the victims and personnel who
gave their lives in service to others on this day either in a prayer,
meditation etc. There is no greater love than to sacrifice the
physical
body in service to others. These brave souls are shining above and we
send them love and light and ask their help to illuminate the darkness
down here at present. Thank you dear Ones and may your families find
peace and blessings and relief from grief. I myself will be doing a
meditation later today to commemorate and thank them. Also, thank you
all on this list for here we cooperate and have a spirit of love and
light. Thank you for allowing me to serve here. much love and light to
