It is an exposure for gulf war syndrome vets and the only chemical (after oil) that the Ex-xon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers ... & residents of Valdez in 1989 have in common with the 'gulf war syndrome' vets. This is an exposure for gulf war vets, but it has not been studied by the VA.
