Not quite sure how i feel about all this anymore. There is a book (on tape too) called Speak. there is also another one called Dreamland. These books bring my life back to me like something that shouldn't have happened. The fact that another woman/girl can tell me exactly what that was years before it even happened leaves me feeling strange. My life now is good- I can hardly believe it. But each time i look back at the wreckage and all the rust and tears and broken glass. I wonder if there isn't a way to stop this revolving wheel. I watch my friends get on or watch them get back on their feet after they're thrown off. There is a peaceful place when the pain stops making you hurt so badly. I always stare into the center of flowers. Imagining what a bumble bee must feel like. They are hypnotic. Wouldn't it be cool to curl up in one in the heat of a summers day. I made this group privately at first as a little cove to hide in and collect my
knowledge. Practice ahimsa- do no harm. You are not alone. The more you understand about what you are going through the more quickly the
sharpness will become softer. Many other people have experienced this trauma and what they have learned can help
guide you in your healing path.
