hi brooke im gemma, im 18 from manchester and yes, me too, have a
cleft lip and palate etc. ive had tons of ops since birth, the last
one was the biggie last year to have both my top and bottom jaws
rearranged, a rib graft and metal plates put in etc, it was an ordeal
i can tell ya. im having my nose op to reducethe bone and reshape it
just before christmas.
im actually doing a journalism degree at preston uni and i was just
wondring if you could help me with a project.
if you could answer me one question truthfully it would be great...#
how does your cleft affect your life? (does it stop you getting
boyfriends/jobs/do people accept you less etc?)
i know this is really personal and you dont need to answer, i know my
cleft has affected my life in negative ways sometimes.
