We have been encouraged by the response and interest shown by all for
the above program. Arrangements are in full swing. New and updated

registered many thanks!!!! It's helping us plan the nitty gritty of
the event- the course material, hospitality and accommodation. We
look forward to meeting and interacting with all of you in October.

In a few days the program details will be available on our website.

For those who have indicated a interest in registering, this is just
to remind you that the last day for early bird registration - 31st
July 2002 is fast approaching.

If you plan to attend its a good idea to avail of the early bird
registration offer. Apart from saving few hundred rupees, you would
also be helping us to arrange accommodation and hospitality. We do
want to ensure that all of you have a good and memorable time in
Chennai.

At the request of many interested participants we are arranging for
very reasonably priced shared accommodation (approximately Rs 250/-
per day plus tax). Limited number of such accommodation is available
and so if you would like to reserve this, please make sure that you
send us one days rent as advance by DD.

As a special incentive for students we are offering a limited number
of grants for students of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences.
Details are available at the website and have also been sent to the
institutions.

For students : we have available shared accommodation close to
conference site- at Rs.Rs. 80/- per day.
