Hey group- well I signed into this emailed group about a month ago
and haven't written till now. I've been reading all of the emails
that get sent out and I am truley inspired by all of the support
that you all give to each other. I'm 21 years old and am a junior at
SUNY Albany in NY. I was born with a cleft lip and palet and have
undergone almost 13 surgeries. I just read one of your emails about
the jaw sugery.. I had that one, if you have a questions feel free
to ask me. I know what its like to get the stares from people but i
also know what its like to move on and deal with what we were
given. I think i'm a better person today because i was given this
challenge. I still have one surgery left and i'm nervous but I'll
get through it with help from my family and friends. If any of you
