i am having great luck with the patch. since april 2006 i have lost
74lbs. i anticipate another plateau again soon but i have a
feeling my winter plateau will not be as long as last years. i'm
incorporating a little dumbell weight training, push ups and
some sit-up crunches along with my 1 mile walk each night. i
can really feel the results in the morning when i get up, and it is
very addictive feeling. i can't emphasize enough to 'listen' to the
patch. it's talking to ya and it's message is very suttle, but it's
there. it is for me anyway. also the little bits of workout and the
gradual weight loss over an extended period of time has kept the
loose skin rolls away. kinda like what some experience when
they have a quick weight loss.
