Hi Anne can safely say that LDN does "Boost" or more orchestrate the immune system. This is contrary to the Neuro way of thinking. I have been a user for the last 4 months. After the second day that awful feeling of fatigue "brain fog" totally disapeared. I know we are all diferent and that we react in dissimilar ways, as there are no side effects it is a win win drug. I personally read/researched LDN for at least a year before I decided to get a private prescription, and get it posted to me [liquid] for about £15 incl. That lasts me for about 6 weeks. I got a lot of info. from the  www.lowdosenaltrexone@...  site and there are many good links from there.
