Exploring Spasticity is an educational program designed to raise awareness about the everyday challenges of living with tight, stiff muscles. We invite you to submit an entry to the 2007–2008 Exploring Spasticity contest by sharing your personal experience with spasticity. This unique opportunity is open to anyone whose life is affected by spasticity including family caregivers. Your entry can take many different forms; for example, you may choose to tell your story in an essay, through poetry, or by illustrating it with art.

We've partnered with the 10 non-profit groups below to bring you this year's program. Click here to submit a written or artistic entry or simply join the program to receive ongoing updates related to spasticity.

We'll add the entries we receive to the gallery section of the Exploring Spasticity web site. Twelve finalists will be selected for the 2008 Exploring Spasticity calendar and each finalist will receive a $250 gift check. Everyone joining the program will be invited to order a complimentary calendar.
