Re: large doses of Vitamin D to treat MS

I have heard regular doses of Vitamin D over time reverse symponts.

There is no doubt Scientists are working on Vitamin D protocls for MS.

In the meantime; use Fish liver oil like CLO; sit in sun 15 mins. day.

Food sources of Vitamin D are: Egg Yolks cooked; Butter; Milk and Fish.

I recommend eating food sources of Vit. D in addtion to Supplements.

I would not let this knowledge of Vitamin D escape your memeory. Anne.--
