I have received my naltrexone from MedRanch Pharmacy.

I ordered just 30, [50ml amount], of them and I am mixing them with
distilled water to use and I remember you posting to keep the mixture
in the refrigerator. But since they will last for such a long time I
don't want to let them go bad or ruin.
They are all individually wrapped in foil.

My question is should I just leave the pills in the cabinet or should
they be in the refrigerator because it seems like they may last
nearly a year?

My house does not get hot.
Just don't want to ruin them or for them to go weak.
