Sandy, from my readings on the main group, many start off with 1.5 mgs and
slowly work up, maybe this is what you will need to do, start slow, then you
may find you will get used to it and up the dose say by 1mg every couple of
weeks or so. I will post your mail and my response to the main groups as
there are many there who will be able to help you better than me. I really

I'M FAIRLY NEW TO THE YAHOO GROUPS, HOPE THIS GETS POSTED FOR
EVERYONE TO READ. I AM NOT NEW TO MS... I FOUND A DOCTOR (HERE IN
ROCHESTER NY) THAT GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION FOR LDN, FIRST 4.5 MG, BUT
THE NIGHTMARES WERE OVERWHELMING - SO VIVID. SO, WE TRIED 3 MG - NO
DIFFERENCE. I HAD THESE PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED BY SKIP. I HAVE TRIED
ALL OTHER MEDICAL DRUGS AND ALTERNATIVES, BUT REALLY BELIEVE IN LDN.
WHAT IS SUGGESTED FOR THE SIDE EFFECT I HAD, I REALLY TRIED - IS
THERE SOMETHING ELSE YOU CAN TAKE WITH LDN THAT BLOCKS THAT SIDE
EFFECT? I KNOW I'M SOUNDING DESPERATE. IT'S JUST THAT I READ SO
MANY POSITIVE THINGS I DON'T WANT SCAREY VIVID DREAMS TO BE A REASON
I CAN'T TAKE LDN. CAN IT BE TAKEN DURING THE DAY? WHAT ABOUT THE
LIQUID FORM COULD THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
