This means the book 'Those Who Suffer Much, Know Much' will no
longer be freely available on the website.
Between 8.8.08 and 2.5.09, approximately 2500 copies of the free book
were downloaded from the website. Another 350 were directly emailed
during the same period.
If you already have your copy, please continue to share it forward freely
with others in need.
If you have a website, you're welcome to host a free copy of the book - as
long as it remains complete and unaltered in any way, and continues to be
provided to others free of charge or expectation.

In 2001 the 'Case Health - Health Success Stories' website was initiated as
a community health service website - a free health information-sharing
service, primarily based on patient testimony and case studies of health
success.
The online database also contained a selection of successful research
results to provide research insights. Visitors were invited to submit their
own non-identifying health success stories (case studies), or search the
database for other health success stories of WHAT WORKED.
Searches were free and facilitated by condition, symptom, or treatment. The
site once provided Notification of New Stories, as an additional free
service.
Case Health was a safe surfing site. It did not ... sell anything, generate
SPAM, use cookies, spy, or conduct any other intrusions.
