Thanks, Katster, could be I have a lot more to lose than you do. My
understanding is that the closer to goal weight, the more difficult
the weight loss. Or it might be that you're following a better diet
plan than I am and you're making steady progress. Congrats on your
loss!
For the first several weeks I was virtually living on Atkins shakes
and Bush's Boston Baked Beans (I had the weirdest craving for them).
But I like the Atkins Ch Royal so much and was drinking 5 or 6 a day,
so when they ran out a couple weeks ago I didn't reorder (I bought
them
over eBay -- a lot of 300 cans). Now I have the mixes from the clinic
in Hurst, and they're good but I'm trying to get into a healthy
eating
routine. Since I gave up the Atkins the weight loss has progressed in
lurches along this bothersome backtreading. But I could never have
lost
like this without the lapband! I've had one fill so far, BTW.
