thanks for this info.  I am so frustrated with myself as I am not losing and I wonder why?  I eat everything that I shouldn't because it can go down.  I am going for a fill next week so maybe that will help me curb my eating and try to get back on track.  My hardest part is not knowing what to eat that will stay down.  one day it does, the next day it doesn't. That's the hard part.  I know I am not getting in enough protein as that's the hardest for me to get down.  Right now I am living on soup and crackers, cheese and yogurt and chili with beans.  That's about it.  I do try eggs occasionally and they work but others just depends.  I would love to have a list of what people are eating to see if I might try that as well.  How many calories are you eating a day and protein?  those would be helpful also.  Thanks for all your input.

It took me about 8 and a half months to get there. I am happy if i can lose on average about 5-6 lbs a month. Some months i will lose more and some i wont...

My secret: Well really it is no secret. I try to eat healthy..i said TRY..ha ha..I do eat fish at least 2 or 3 times a week. Lots of good quality...

I know its so funny that all the "bad" stuff goes down so easily. I am the same way about things going down easily and the next day i can barely get down...
