The possibility is looming large that I may have to have a BIG salivary stone
removed which means surgery on my neck. It will be out-patient at a surgical
center and I don't know that I will be intubated. I'm wondering if I will need
to have the fluid removed from my band for this? Is this determined by the
surgeon or by my lapband doc? If I'm not intubated do I need to do it all?
Will I have to pay to have it removed as well as replaced? I'm sure there are
other questions that I don't know to ask at this moment. So if anyone, civilian
and/or professional has some answers, I would appreciate some feedback.
Sandy
PS...Hope all is well for everyone!
