best thing I ever did. I have lost a total of 90 Lbs and am still
loosing. I had the surgery back on Sep 8, 2006. It is a slow
process but it works. It is actually better to loose your weight
slow because it gives your skin time to "snap" back. Since your 21,
you probably will not have a problem.

against it. But know they have seen the proven results and have
eaten their words. If you are looking for a good surgeon, Dr.
Marsden is the best.

change the way you eat forever. You also have to keep in mind that
you still have to watch what you eat. It is possible to gain weight
with the lap-band. Foods like ice cream and chocholate can still go
down through the band without a problem. The thing to remember is to
stick with protein. This will fill you up and you will be more
sucessful in your weight loss.

Wed. I hardly had any pain.
