Having problems with message search?

My name is Christina Maloy and Nevis had suggested I contact you about being a model for you guys. I had my surgery Mar'08 and as of today have lost 117lbs. I am a size 10 and weigh 165lbs. I was wondering if I wanted to do something like this, how would I go about it? Please let me know your suggestions. Thanks, Christina
