Greetings,

I considered joining this group years ago, and seem to have found my
way back. My story is not so a-typical: the BDSM lifestyle has
attracted me for as long as I have had any awareness of these
things. I find it hard to avoid groups and electronic media
(sometimes pornographic) devoted to this kind of thing. Though
there 'may' be an innocent side to it between consenting married
adults, I know that my innocence would not be the consensus
among 'healthy' individuals if they could read the kind of things
that get in my mind and drive me to sin.

On the bright side, I have a wonderfull wife and a beautiful new
born baby girl. (I often shudder to think how my wife might react if
she knew.)

One advantage of a group like this is that you realise you are not
alone - not that you ever are in Christ, of course. We hear so much
about depravity, and as a christian community are so willing to talk
about it. Homosexuality, pedophilia, sex outside of marriage are
frequently mentioned, and yet the sexual response to violence is
never discussed - at least not the consenting (BDSM) or fantastical
forms.

Of course I will pray for everyone on this board. Pray for me too,
and my new family.
