Using asanas and breath, cleanse every body system and centre your mind while leaving daily stresses behind you. Work at your own level and gradually learn how to strengthen and balance your body. This will help you increase your mobility and improve your alignment while enjoying this wonderful, non-competitive exercise. Yoga is made for people of all ages, at all levels of fitness including those with injury, illness, or chronic ailments. You deserve to be healthy, and happy.
