hello List ,
I had surgery 3 weeks ago for a badly torn lateral meniscus tear.
I have "learned" to walk with gimp,and now must unlearn this,,,,there is
still some pain,,,,the knee is stiff,I am having PT,,I have just gotten a
stationary bike,which works wonders in stretching,,,I go to the pool and
work my knee several times a week..
I just wondered if any list members might have some encouraging words for
me,,I am
desperate to start back to training my dog
