I stand corrected, a complete tear would probably need surgery. Read
this article (http://www.prolotherapy.com/proloinfo.htm and
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/08/07/health/07brod.html) for more info on
prolotherapy. Or you can just google prolotherapy and choose what you
would like to.

Has anyone had a partial tear of the ACL or PCL and had not have surgery? If so, What were your success rate in getting back into the sport you love. -S...
