Has anyone here had any problem with their knee clicking?

i have a complete tear of my acl on my left knee.  have not had surgery, only pt.  i too find that both of my knees have been clicking but mostly my good one.  doesn't happen all the time, mostly after/during doing exercises in the pool.  no pain though.
