Hello, I my name is Christina and I am new to this!
I tore my ACL back in June '07 and will be getting surgery this April
some time.
I am just wondering how bad it is for me to continue my morning
fitness routine of about 20-30 min on the Elliptical machine (only
twice per week) at the gym?
I don't feel pain when i'm done. No more then what I feel on a daily
basis (which is very minimal).
I just wanted some insight to anyone that may have had the same
thought's before their own surgery...
