Thanks.
I hope to find some exercises that will make me better able to go down stairs, too.

I don't know of any websites but I can tell you that when I got off the bus about four months ago I experienced excruciating pain in my left knee I went to the bone doctor who told me to walk the length of a pool for about a half hour for about a month. He said it would not only help to heal my knee but it would help my sciatica as well.

Hello, I'm new here. My acl popped and is healing slowly but surely.
Dr. Steve said I'd walk as normally as I've ever walked, but he says
my snowboarding career is over (just to keep things in perspective,
there has never been a snowboard under my feet anyway).
I'd like to do some exercises in the pool to regain strength and mobility.
Any suggestions or websites I can research?
Thanks so much,
~Ruby
