Hello, I'm new here. My acl popped and is healing slowly but surely.
Dr. Steve said I'd walk as normally as I've ever walked, but he says
my snowboarding career is over (just to keep things in perspective,
there has never been a snowboard under my feet anyway).
I'd like to do some exercises in the pool to regain strength and mobility.
Any suggestions or websites I can research?
