HI I am not haveing any rehab just me useing my knee .It still little
sore and tender but sometimes I can use it with a limp so thats good
I also did my frist workout snice it started hurtting at curves and
did okay afterward so I was glad about that!!!!Your right we do take
our body for granted at times.
