yup...exactly... i have to make a conscious effort to NOT COMPENSATE...it's
hard! I take ibuprofen when I need it, and have not had any swelling
thankfully. I still do my PT exercises and when I notice my right leg
hurting, I try to do more of the PT exercises with my left to bring it back
up to speed too...
there's no real "fix" for compensating except stopping. :)
