Yeah, I've noticed that too. Lately, I haven't been able to do much
on the weight machine. Even on the weight machine I've been getting
some pain. I can deal with it however, I've never had it before. I
think it's like you said about compensating for the opposing knee.
For me, it's my left knee that I had ACL Surgery on.

I was curious....I was working out recently and after the work out I've been recently getting pain in my opposite knee that I had operation on. Has anyone else...

Sort of.A couple of weeks ago I had x-rays taken of my left knee because on July 9th I was getting shooting pains.It's the same knee that I had an arthroscopy...

yup...exactly... i have to make a conscious effort to NOT COMPENSATE...it's hard! I take ibuprofen when I need it, and have not had any swelling thankfully....

The only thing I noticed was that while on crutches the "other" knee had to do more work and was painful from that. Now that I am almost 100% it's not as bad....
