I am about 16 weeks post op for acl recon and feeling fairly decent
outside of the issue of straightening.
I still have a decent amount of pain everytime i kick my heel out to
take a step.
bringing my heel to my butt is no problem but keeping my leg straight
cause pain.
what can i do to break through this portion of the recovery??
i have had it hang as much as possible and had ankle wieghts on as i
lay with my leg off the end of the bed while lying on my tummy to let
it hang that way.
i am really frustarted as I thought i would be further along at 16
weeks.
can anyone relate to this problem??
how long do you think till this will subside??
any advice would be much appreciated,
