Eight years ago i had arthroscopy surgery on my left knee.Since then
everything been o.k.Not great but just o.k.Once in awhile because of
dampness in the air I would feel a little discomfort but nothing
major.Yesterday July 9th I was crossing the street and for no apparent
reason I could think of I started to get shooting pains in my knee.It
was the worst I've felt since the surgery back in 1999.Today the pain
has lessened quite a bit but I still feel some discomfort.I cannot
take a hot bath as I have no bath tub.What suggestions does someone have?
