I had ACL surgery in 1999 and have been very active ever since, with
no problems. i recently had a baby, and because of that have not
exercised as much for about 9 months. i am cleared by a dr. to start
running and exercising again, but have pain in my surgically repaired
knee. the pain is in the front inside portion to the left of the knee
cap (right knee). it only hurts when i try to run. It hurts bad
enough where I cannot sprint or move much faster than a quick walk.
Could this be tendonitis? Or arthritis? I'm looking for answers as to
whate it might be and how to fix it. there doesn't appear to be much,
if any, swelling after i try to run.
thank you,
stacy
