I had my acl reconstructed 6 weeks ago and I am at 140 degrees.  I am using ankle weights at therapy and laying on my back scooting my heel to my bottom 30x and I always try to squeeze an extra centimeter or two and hold it for a second.  Then I lay on my stomach and use the same weight and bend and straighten both legs 30x.  I am sorry to hear you are having a rough time with it.  It can be very frustrating, but hang in there.
