Hi, I had ACL reconstruction 5 weeks ago and am having a HARD time getting RoM
back. I'm
only at about 60 degrees aftr 3-4 times/ week at therapy and exercises at home.
Was
anyone else this slow, and did you find a really helpful exercise to get things
moving?
Thanks.
