I have an allograft ACL tendon and am perfectly fine with it. I had low
levels of pain after surgery compared to some...and I am 15 months post
surgery with no re-injuries. :)

just my experience though... :)

They used the midsection of my petellar tendon to reattach my acl almost 5 weeks ago. The incision is about 2-3 inches long, and it feels like duct tape over...
