Thank's for your reply, I did have surgery the next day because i couldn't walk without the tendon put back together and anchored to the patella. I have done almost all of the rehab work myself, but there is still a lot of scar tissue on top of the knee. I guess I'll have to go and talk to the doctor and get his thoughts on what's on whats going on. Thank's again and keep the knees safe.

Mr T.,
Did you have surgery on your knee? If you haven't you will probably
need to if you want to hop, skip, jump, run etc.
If you have already had surgery I would go see a physical therapist
or your doctor and ask what the problems are with your recovery.
I would think 10 months is plenty of time to recover if you are going
to physical therapy.
I tore my acl and some cartiledge;had surgery in November. Now,
almost 3 months later, I am near back to normal (hop, skip, jump...)
Not all the way, but close. I'm not running yet. I hope to before
10 months though. Actually I'm hoping to be fully recovered by May (5
months post-op)
Knee injuries suck!
