Shirly,
I visited a sports medicine physiotherapist today. She was 90% sure
that my ACL is partially torn, and also mentioned there may be some
damage to the menscus.
I am getting an MRI and meeting with a artho knee specialist for more
details. If I can get into surgury around december I will be able to
play sports competively again next sept.

leg extentions throught he first 70-80 degrees or motion.

competitive person and my main sports are soccer, football, squash,
ultimate frisbee, and hocky... If surgery means going without them
for another 8-12 months I would accept this if it means playing again
over not having surgery and not playing.
