Hello everyone. Just thought I would stop in and say hey. 5 days ago
I had a tibio-talar fusion of my left ankle, and as a
not-so-surprising result, my left knee is saying 'what the..!!" as
it's now required to do all the work. I have pretty severe arthritis
in both knees but it is painful in only one (of course, the left one).
A few days before my surgery I found out that my old knee specialist
is conducting a study and is looking for patients for a catrilage
replacement/growth regimen. Of course, I called them up, and it looks
as if I am going to be on the books for one of the late November
surgeries. As I get more information about it, I will keep you updated.
