Hi all.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with surgery/recovery for
discoid meniscus. For almost a year I've had pain in both knees when
squatting. A few weeks ago I finally went to my GP and an orthopedist.
After x-rays and MRIs I was diagnosed with discoid meniscus in both
knees. I guess it's genetic - my nephew had the same thing. Anyway,
I'm scheduled to have both knees done in a few weeks. The doctor says
it takes about 90 minutes for both knees and I'll be able to walk right
away and back to tennis in a month. I'd like to hear other people's
experience with this surgery and recovery afterwards.
