I wrote you a couple of hours ago, but it hasn't showed up online yet.
I wanted to let you know the therapy office got my OS to give me 4
more weeks of PT, and VR just called and approved it!
I will be going today, so I'd better get busy and do my home exercises
before I go.
Have you ever heard of a product called "Knox NutraJoint"? It is
gelatin, calcium and glucosamine. It is supposed to give your body the
building blocks to replace or rejuvenate cartilage and bone. Anyway, I
bought some and maybe it will help the meniscus tendons.
