I am at 6 weeks post op ACL reconstruction w\ medial menicus repair.
I use a heating pad in the mornings before working out, as this seems
to increase the circulation and alleviate stiffness.
I am in my 5th week of PT and I'm only at 110 degrees flex, but I can
walk without a brace or crutches... the flex will come. Just take it
day by day and try to not be impatient. Stretch every day!!!
Good luck to you,
Mystic
