The key is to do the exercises that your PT will give you whenever
you can outside of PT. There are no tips or tricks really, but just
persistent exercise to keep those muscles from atropheid. Keep them
strong and working at all cost! Your PT will give you the exercises -
if she/he doesn't then don't go back. That means they don't know
what they are doing. :) Remember, strong quads, vmos, keep kneew
healty.
