I injured my knee NOV 5th and was able to walk on it a week later. I
had an MRI 1 Month later which said I Have a complete tear of my
ACL, two brused bones and something wrong with my media and Lateral.
I do not see the ORTHO SURG. until Jan 17th. My first PT session is
Jan 6. I know there are several messages in this group that explain
or answer my questions but I would like to ask them again.
(1) Are there any exercises I could do to build the muscle around my
knee.
(2) Are there any TIPS & TRICKS I would need after are before
surgery to make this situation smooth. Anything I need to buy.
I know I have alot more questions. But this injury is so
disappointing to me. By me being in the MARINE CORPS I am not use to
this. I need any advise anyone could give me for BEFORE and AFTER. I
feel like I am in the dark.
